Hello! My name is
Crystal Klarich
Designing is my passion
I have been a designer in some form for nearly the last 20 years. I started in graphic design, which morphed into instructional design. Graphic design gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to craft a project, but instructional design taught me how to design the content within it. A beautifully designed project will not be effective if the content is lacking and, conversely, a poorly designed project with perfect content can be just as ineffective. My goal is to find a balance between the aesthetics and the content to deliver a course that meets the needs of both the client and their students.
Background
My background is in instructional, graphic, and web design, project management, and writing. I work well on my own or collaboratively in both remote and face-to-face settings. I am quick to learn and excel, organized and detail oriented, and am able to maintain strong working relationships with SMEs and customers.
